Vacherin appoints Dale Strickland catering manager at London real estate firm

London caterer Vacherin has appointed Dale Strickland as catering manager at London real estate firm CB Richard Ellis. Strickland has more than 10 years' experience in the hospitality industry and was previously catering manager at the headquarters of the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has also been in charge of catering at Skadden Arps in Canary Wharf.
His new role will focus on catering for the CB Richard Ellis café - called the Cbar - as well as hospitality and events throughout the building.
