Trafalgar hotel creates Christmas dome for rooftop Vista bar
The Trafalgar hotel in London's Trafalgar Square has launched come up with a Nordic-inspired Christmas offering at its rooftop bar, Vista.
The bar will unveil a new winter look, with a specially created dome, which will cover the entire bar space.
The new-look Vista will launch on 19 November and will be open until the end of December, offering views of the London skyline and the Christmas festivities in Trafalgar Square.
The hotel has also created Nordic-themed limited edition cocktails including:
Stockholm Syndrome - a delicious champagne cocktail with a twist;
The Fjord Escort - an velvety cocktail with spiced pear vodka and Chambord;
The Dancing Grendle - a cocktail that marries traditional ingredients with a hidden kick; and
Hot Blooded Viking - a hot cocktail with cardamom and bourbon and a sweet candy cane garnish.
Anthony Worrall, general manager at the Trafalgar hotel, said, "After the popularity of the summer months, when Vista became the bar of the summer, we realised that we needed to create something special for the winter months so that guests could still enjoy this unique space. A lot of people are based in London around the Christmas period or travel to the capital from abroad for work or to see loved ones. Whatever the reason, we have created bespoke Christmas packages to suit every taste, adding a bit of sparkle and style to everyone's Christmas."
