Yvonne Gilmartin to take responsibility for eight ETM Group venues

Yvonne Gilmartin has joined the ETM Group in the new role of recruitment, training and staff development manager. She will work with the operations team and take responsibility for eight ETM venues including the Botanist on Sloane Square, the Gun in the Docklands and the Cadogan Arms on Kings Road. Gilmartin joins from Gordon Ramsay Holdings where she worked as training and development manager. Prior to that she worked with Tom Aikens, Quintessentially House in Soho and Rhubarb Catering which saw her assist with the opening the Gallery Mess at the Saatachi Gallery in Chelsea.
