Spanish restaurant group Cambio de Tercio to launch fourth London site
Spanish restaurant group Cambio de Tercio is to launch its fourth London site with the opening of a new restaurant and sherry bar next month.
Located on Old Brompton Road, Capote y Toros, which will open on 8 April, will be an intimate restaurant with a bar and just eight tables.
It will offer a typical Spanish menu overseen by head chef Alberto Criado including Iberico pork charcuterie and a range of Andalucían tapas.
Additionally Capote y Toros will serve an extensive sherry list, compiled by drinks expert Peter Dauthieu, offering more than 100 different varieties. All sherries will be available by the glass with 25 labels served in half bottles and there will also be a tasting selection on offer.
To recreate a sense of an authentic Andalucían bar, Capote y Toros will feature live flamenco music twice a week.
Capote y Toros will be the fourth restaurant in the Cambio de Tercio group which also includes the eponymous flagship restaurant and Tendido Cero on Old Brompton Road and Tendido Cuatro in Fulham.
