Keith Prowse reveals new look for Gatsby Club at Wimbledon

Keith Prowse, Compass Group‘s hospitality specialist, has revealed striking new designs for the Gatsby Club at the Championships, Wimbledon.

The new plans were revealed at the hospitality provider's annual Wimbledon Wine Tasting, held at the Savoy hotel, London, last week.

The new look Gatsby Club will feature a double-height glass-front and Eames-inspired furnishings, while Michelin-starred culinary legend Albert Roux will renew his appointment as chef.

Andy Vinsen, Keith Prowse's commercial director, said: "As a long-standing official hospitality provider to The AELTC, we are delighted to raise the bar for the best in hospitality and welcome in a new era for the Gatsby Club at Wimbledon."

Guests at the tasting were asked to choose from a selection of four white and four red wines. The Pouilly Fuisse La Croix Denogent 2007 was the number one white wine, while the Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge Chateaux St-Jean 2008 was the pick of the reds.
