The competition has been launched to celebrate the company's new website and builds on its recently-revealed [predictions for this year's top flavour pairings](http://www.caterersearch.com/Articles/2011/01/28/336984/Schwart-forecasts-top-flavour-pairings-for-2011.htm).

To enter, chefs simply need to submit their favourite flavour combinations on the new website, [www.schwartzforchef.com](http://www.schwartzforchef.com,), by 30 June 2011 to be entered into a free prize draw.

Two runners-up will win a year's free membership of the [Craft Guild of Chefs.

The new site includes a host of easy-to-search recipes, ideas for using seasonal ingredients, a case study section, an ingredient/portion calculator, an extensive section on herbs and spices and the opportunity to "ask chef Steve" a question and access his latest tips and hints.
