Greatest inspiration My parents for showing me you can get anywhere with hard work; my former PR account directors Cass Helstrip and Cat Hamilton for blending imagination with practical business sense to create inspirational campaigns; and Fiona Stilborn for her honesty, tenacity and ability to seamlessly merge sales and marketing with the broader operations of the hotel.
Ambition To be director of communications for a global brand, or to develop a new hospitality brand.

Megan McIntyre started her career in PR as an account executive at Magellan. She then moved to Rooster PR and became account manager for a collection of travel and lifestyle clients. In 2009, McIntyre joined the team at Renaissance Chancery Court, where she has been responsible for projects such as facilitating a hotel-wide rebrand and a spa Christmas campaign that delivered 327% return on investment.
