Following the publication of the Michelin Guide to Great Britain Ireland 2009, Caterersearch went to visit three of London’s winners.
Claude Bosi’s Hibiscus regained its second Michelin star (the restaurant was demoted to one star last year following its relocation from Ludlow to London), while Angela Hartnett’s recently opened Murano clinched one star alongside David Moore’s L’Autre Pied, where Marcus Eaves is head chef.
Joanna Wood and Katherine Alano caught up with Claude Bosi, Angela Hartnett, David Moore and Marcus Eaves to find out how they learnt of the news and to establish their plans for the year ahead.
