Chilly blast chiller/freezer

A range of blast chiller/freezers by Valera extends from the diminutive Chilly, a counter-top unit with three 2/3 gastronorm shelves and 8kg/5kg chilling/freezing capacity, to free-standing units ranging from 18-46kg chilling capacity or 12-26kg freezing. All units switch automatically to storage stage at the end of the chilling or freezing cycle. Core probe is fitted as standard on all but Chilly models. Cabinets are made from stainless steel inside and have easy-clean, removable shelf supports.
