Eight main meals have been added to Woodward Foodservice's gourmet centre-plate range. They include a 400g serving of three Cumberland sausages in a caramelised onion and beer gravy; a 285g green pesto-filled chicken suprˆme with a sun-dried tomato sauce; a 300g boeuf bourguignon with field mushrooms, button onions and bacon lardons; a 285g roast lamb chump with a redcurrant and rosemary jus; and a 210g salmon in lime and coriander sauce. All can be microwaved in two minutes or heated in a bain-marie in 10 minutes.

Prices: from £2.30 for one portion of the Cumberland sausage (£22.97 for a case of 10) to £3.89 for one portion of roast lamb chump (£38.89 for a case of 10).
