Lindley Catering has won deals to caterer at Bath and Great Yarmouth racecourses worth £7.5m in total turnover during the full-term.
The event and stadia caterer, which already provides services at Chester, Bangor-on-Dee and Hereford racecourses, has signed on to provide services at Bath for six years and Yarmouth for three.
As well as catering on race days – more than 20 this year at each venue – Lindley has been charged with developing the range of events held at the racecourses on non race days.
Jon Williams, general manager at Bath Racecourse, which is aiming to grow in conference and banqueting business, said:
“We were already aware of the great work that Lindley Catering has done in helping Bristol City FC to develop their non-match day business and are confident that they will help us to realise the full potential of our venue.”
In 2006 Lindley Catering merged with Heathcotes Outside, which was set up by chef Paul Heathcote.
