Lamb Jus and Chicken Jus are the two latest additions to Nestl‚'s Chef range. The dehydrated products are prepared by adding them to water and bringing it to the boil. The jus is designed to be used alone, but can be supplemented with extra herbs, onions or garlic. Both products are monosodium glutamate-free and have a shelf life of 18 months. The lamb jus comes in a 780g tin (to make 13 litres) and the chicken, 585g (to make nine litres). They are freeze-thaw and bain-marie stable and can be microwaved.
