Independent contract caterer Pabulum has named Tony Wicking as its new director of operations. He joins Pabulum from Bartlett Mitchell where he was commercial business manager. A business studies and catering management graduate, Wicking has also spent time with Artizan, Charlton House, Gardner Merchant and Sodexo. He will be working with Stephen Gill, operations director at Pabulum, further supporting the company's operations.
