Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens to reopen Tom Terrace

Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens will be reopening his alfresco bar next month at Somerset House.
 
Tom’s Terrace will be open from Monday 9 May and offer cocktails, sharing boards, British desserts and a party menu for 15 – 50 people.
 
It will host DJ nights throughout the summer, while guest can enjoy a menu featuring Bayonne ham, chorizo, salami and chicken liver parfait; mackerel pâté, salmon gravlax, potted shrimp and coronation crab salad and field; and a vegetarian selection including baked aubergine purée, chargrilled artichoke, goat’s cheese mousse and roasted mediterranean vegetables.

Tom Aikens said: “Somerset House is one of London’s prettiest locations with the Thames just opposite Tom’s Terrace. It’s a great destination any time of the day. I’ve tried to create easy, fun menus that suit warm weather dining with some great cocktails to match."

Tom’s Terrace is open daily from Midday to late (7pm Sunday evenings), 9 May – 25 September.
