Hilton Hotels Corporation will open its first UK Hilton Garden Inn next year in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Owned by the Luton Hotel Syndicate, the new Hilton Garden Luton North will be located in Butterfield Business Park.
Simon Vincent, area president for Hilton in the UK and Ireland, said: “We are excited about the development opportunity and have plans to open 20 Hilton Garden Inn hotels in the next four to five years.”
Following the reunification of Hilton at the start of last year the company is planning to introduce a number of its American-only brands into the UK and Europe to better differentiate the Hilton brand.
Other brands destined to debut in the UK are Doubletree by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton.
