Elior appoints Tim Bowley as divisional managing director
Contract caterer Elior has appointed Tim Bowley as managing director for its B&I, defence, vending, heritage and FM business.
Bowley, former managing director of Whitbread-owned Beefeater Restaurants, joins the French-owned company this month.
Elior's UK chief executive, Tim Hammond, said that Bowley joins the caterer with a wealth of of hospitality and food service experience, following a successful career with Whitbread and Yum restaurants working on brands such as Premier Inn, KFC and Pizza Hut.
He said: "He will be instrumental in implementing our strategy - ensuring we place an even greater emphasis on customer service.
"We've set our sights on combining excellent food with the dedication of our staff who bring great skill and warmth, giving our customers the reasons to choose us time and time again."
Bowley added: "With the opening of a number of innovative sites, such as Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, which go the extra mile to deliver exactly what the customer wants, it's an exciting time to be joining Elior."
