The Plough Inn, in the village of Ipplepen, between Newton Abbot and Totnes, Devon, has been sold through licensed property agents Stonesmith of Exeter.
The pubs was sold on behalf of John and Jean Woon, and the new owners are Colin and Sue Smart and their son and daughter-in-law Paul and Amanda Smart.
Paul and Amanda are both experienced in the trade. They are aiming to improve all areas of the business, including the décor of the internal trade areas, the external areas and by expanding food sales.
Trade areas include a main bar, smoking and non-smoking dining areas and a family area.
A leasehold interest business, it was sold off an asking price of £65,000.
