The Vobster Inn at Lower Vobster in Somerset has been sold through property agent Colliers Robert Barry, acting on behalf of owners Chris and Lizzie Matthews.
The character pub has extensive bars and a restaurant seating 70.
New owners are Peta and Rafael Davila, who have moved down from Harrogate in Yorkshire.
They have twenty years experience within the industry around the world, including Australia, Bermuda, Switzerland and London, Raphael as a hotel general manager and Peta in food & beverage, conference and banqueting sales.
Their plans for development of the property include first-class, relaxed food and beverage, and luxury accommodation.
