Jason Leek made managing director of business excellence in Compass reshuffle

Compass Group has announced a management reshuffle that sees the expansion of the executive team and a new job for Jason Leek.

Andy Barry, managing director of Eurest Services Foodservice, Steve Davies, managing director of support services, and Keith Francis, managing director of VSG, are all joining the UK executive team this month.

Jason Leek, who joined the business in 2001 as corporate development director, has been appointed to the new role of managing director of business excellence.

Compass has not had an executive role of this kind for its UK and Ireland business before. Leek will work across all of the group's sector businesses to drive operations and ensure the delivery of key change programmes.

Ian Sarson, group managing director, Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: "As our business continues to develop and grow it is vital that the UK executive team is well placed to maximise our comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving landscape in which we operate, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent services to our clients and customers and creating new business opportunities.
