Independent contract caterer 7 Day Catering has named Jayne Enskat as marketing manager. Reporting to John Hamill, regional operations director, her remit will focus on maximising the customer experience, whilst increasing turnover and driving sales throughout client sites. Enskat's most recent role was as senior brand manager for SSP, where she had responsibility for the £40m bars brand business in rail and air.
