European hotel group Accor is to manage the Novotel Edinburgh Park development, which is due to open late next year.
The 170-bedroom property is owned by Edinburgh Branded Hotel and Leisure LLP.
It will be part of Novotel’s New Generation brand and has a “contemporary style” with conference rooms, swimming pool, fitness centre and Elements restaurant and bar.
Jean-Jacques Dessors, managing director of Accor Hotels UK and Ireland, said: “Accor hotels has ambitious plans for its UK development across all its major brands.”
Accor hotels has 91 properties in the UK under the Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, Formule 1 and Etap brands.
