The flavour, inspired by the idea of turing a classic dessert favours into more unusual ice-cream combinations, is a take on the Mediterranean pud of peach slices with ricotta - and has much to live up to: the last three Mövenpick Ice Creams of the Year have also gone on to win The British Frozen Food Catering Product of the Year title.
