Next month will see the launch of the inaugural Kerasma London festival, a celebration of Greek foods and produce.

Taking place from 12-25 May, the festival will see a group of well-known London chefs join forces to promote Greek ingredients ranging from olives to honey, saffron and feta cheese.

Restaurants including Galvin at Windows and the Michelin-starred establishments Maze, Locanda Locatelli, Club Gascon and Arbutus will offer dedicated Greek menus for the duration of the event.

Jason Atherton, executive chef at Maze, said: “Greece has been the unsung hero of the Mediterranean countries when it comes to food and drink.

“This is a great opportunity to showcase the best Greek ingredients, from olive oil to feta cheese.”
