FishWorks has signed contracts on its eleventh site, which will open in London’s Parsons Green this July.
Situated at 177 New Kings Road in South London, the restaurant will provide a minimum of 50 covers inside and 16 outside.
It will follow the usual café, fishmonger and cookery school format favoured by the group.
Executive chairman of FishWorks Roy Morris said: “We are delighted to complete the acquisition of this site which is our fourth new site since December.”
