The Saint, Edinburgh

The team behind Edinburgh's Bramble Bar & Lounge has launched this second venture in the Scottish capital. Housed in a Georgian property, the menu focuses on seasonal Scottish ingredients, while the bar offers a wide range of wines by the glass.
