Sodexo has appointed Wan Mak as head of nutrition and dietetics, in a newly-created role.
Mak, who has worked for Sodexo's education division for three years, will be responsible for health and wellbeing matters and for driving the company's "healthwise" philosophy across its business.
She has held roles including chief catering development dietitian for Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust; programme director for nutrition and dietetics at the University of Hong Kong (SPACE), and clinical dietitian at St James's University Hospital, NHS Trust.
