Caterer’s 2009 Acorn Award feature in full

Caterer revealed its 30 outstanding hospitality figures under the age of 30 as part of the annual Acorn Awards at Von Essen's Lower Slaughter Manor, Gloucestershire, earlier this month.

Winners included bright young stars from the likes of Radisson SAS, Aramark, Costa, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Von Essen, Park Plaza, 3663 First for Foodservice and the Peach Pub Company.

These were the latest recipients in the award’s long history, which has seen the likes of Marco Pierre White, Gary Rhodes and Marcus Wareing picked out as future stars since launching in 1986.
