The Imperial Pasta Cooker

With Italian food on the increase1, pasta is a popular choice on both mainstream and Italian menus. Now chefs can prepare better tasting pasta with less hassle and more consistency with the new Imperial Pasta Cooker.

Perfect pasta
Available with 45 litre and 61 litre capacities, the Imperial Pasta Cooker includes an exclusive water wash system, which removes the starch evenly across the entire surface of the water and reduces foaming.

The unique design enables heat to be transferred evenly throughout the entire vessel and the 16 gauge 317 alloy stainless steel is ’higher than marine grade,’ allowing for stronger concentrations of salt in the water for faster pasta preparation without boiling the water to compromise flavour.

Efficiency and convenience
Every specification is designed for better tasting pasta and more efficient preparation. The tube design and water wash systems also create a natural convection action to recirculate fresh hot water into the vessel, while a manual timer or computer controls are available to give chefs a helping hand in the kitchen.

A range of optional accessories includes basket racks in multiple sizes, a swing arm hot and cold faucet and automatic basket lifts to make pasta cooking even easier.
