The Monaco hotel on the seafront at Weston-super-Mare in North Somerset has been sold to a local company.
The three-storey, mid-terrace Victorian property is on Knighstone Road close to the pier, Winter Gardens and town centre.
Along with 18 bedrooms and owners’ accommodation to the rear, it offers a 30-seat bar, a 36-seat dining room, and outside seating for 48 spread equally across the decked sea terrace and the forecourt.
The Bristol office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £649,950 on behalf of James Moncrieff and Kim Beasley.
