Critic finds former Michelin-star-holder Mason’s new venture 'hit and miss'

The Daily Telegraph’s Jasper Gerard worries if Anna Hansen’s new restaurant, which he likes, will survive the meltdown in the City.

The Independent’s John Walsh visits the new venture from former Orrery head chef Tristan Mason. He finds the new Michelin-star-chasing restaurant in Horsham, West Sussex, rather “hit and miss” with a menu burdened by “floury experiments”, “acidic vegetables” and lacklustre service.
