This British bistro with a bar, cook school and dedicated event and private dining space is housed in the historic Fire Station near London Bridge. Run by PwC, the Homes and Communities Agency, the Beyond Food Foundation and De Vere Venues, it is designed to inspire people from homeless or disadvantaged backgrounds to gain employment
