BaxterStorey wins two-year deal at Haribo

BaxterStorey has scooped a sweet deal to provide staff dining at gum and jellies manufacturer Haribo.

Believed to be worth in excess of £100,000, the two-year contract will see BaxterStorey cater for 550 Haribo employees at its UK head office in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. Services will include a hot food counter, grab-and-go offer and a salad bar, available five days a week.

BaxterStorey will also be responsible for its new client's ad hoc hospitality requirements.

Commenting on the contract win, chief executive Noel Mahony (pictured) said: "Our aim is to prepare fantastic food that our clients and customers really want to eat.

"By sourcing seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, our chefs can select better quality, fresher food that adds significant value to the catering service."
