Darren Lewis has joined the Barceló Combe Grove Manor hotel in Bath as head chef of its two AA Rosette Georgian Rooms restaurant. His first head chef appointment follows three years at the award-winning City Café at the City Inn in Bristol as sous chef. With more than 14 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Lewis will also take charge of mentoring the hotel's Barceló Apprentice Chef Academy student.
