Tipping: it's my business

With reference to all the recent discussion on service charges, I've always tipped; here, on ships, in major hotels, in theme parks. It's my business and no one else's. Why the interference?

Tipping is easy - if the person has done his or her job well and been pleasant with it. I don't want a lecture.
