Cutting the mustard

Sausage makers Debbie and Andrew Keeble of Manor Born have teamed up with Colman's mustard to create the Colman's mustard sausage. The couple diversified from pork farming to sausage production five years ago and are launching this product into both the food service and retail sectors. The 66g sausage is a pork product with seasoning and a dash of mustard, and has, the company claim, a fresh shelf life of 15 days.
