Caterersearch.com has teamed up with Unilever Foodsolutions to offer one lucky reader a place at an evening masterclass with legendary chef Marco Pierre White.

Taking place at the Knorr kitchen in Leatherhead on 14 May, the masterclass will be one of White’s first cooking engagements since Hell’s Kitchen.

The evening will consist of cookery demonstrations and fine dining, featuring recipes from Marco’s Great British Feast television series and subsequent cookery book. The winner can look forward to an interactive evening, whilst sampling a menu of Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup with Chervil; Peppered Steak with Oysters, Roasting Juices and Brown Butter; and Rhubarb and Ginger Crumble.

To be in with a chance of winning this coveted prize, answer the following question correctly. (For the answer, visit the Knorr Stock Reduction micro-site which can be found on the Unilever Foodsolutions website www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.uk).

What type of mushrooms feature in the ‘Clear Double Beef Consomme with Ravioli’ recipe dish?

Send your answer with your name, job title, workplace address and daytime telephone number to daniela@williammurray.co.uk by 30 April.  The first entry drawn at random under independent supervision from all correct entries will win a place at the masterclass.
