Former Bacchus chef Nuno Mendes has opened Viajante - meaning traveller in Portuguese - at the Town Hall Hotel & Apartments development in Bethnal Green. It serves tasting menus of six, nine and 12 courses and a three-course lunch menu priced at £25.
