What does this job involve?
- Working as part of a team, you are responsible for the cleanliness of all the guest rooms in a hotel, and most, if not all of the public areas. You will often be given your own floor or area to clean.
- Liasing with other departments such as reception and maintenance. It is important that the equipment you use, such as vacuum cleaners, shampooers and polishers are used safely. You need to keep the equipment in good condition, and learn how to best use it.
