An alternative accompaniment to a roast dinner is Garden Herb Roast Potatoes, one of several new products on the way from potato specialist Farm Frites. The half-potatoes are coated in a crisp herb batter and can be cooked in a conventional overn for 15-20 minutes or in a microwave for five minutes.
Also new is Potato Stir Fry, a combination of 12mm diced potatoe with ham, onion, spices and vegetable oil. It can be oven-baked and shallow-fried in about 12 minutes and can be served as an alternative breakfast.
