London-based bar operator the London Bar Company has put one of its five Ruby bars up for sale.
The company confirmed that Ruby & Sequoia in All Saints Road near Ladbroke Grove would be marketed by property agents Fleurets.
Managing director Rupert Beak told Caterer that the company was selling the site to raise capital to invest into its remaining sites. "We will see how this process goes and then consider what further action needs to be taken," he said.
The London Bar Company's other sites include: Ruby Lounge in King's Cross, Rubylo in the West End, Ruby Grand in Hammersmith and Idlewild in Maida Vale.
