Mark Hix's second London site, and his third nationwide, has opened in Soho on the site of former Japanese restaurant Aaya. Split over two levels, the ground floor serves Hix's classic British cuisine while the informal basement offers a bar menu.

Menu British - restaurant dishes include ox cheek with mixed beets, horseradish and chickweed; and pan-fried dab with whelks, hedgehog mushrooms and herb butter; while bar snacks include Blythburgh pork crackling with crab apple sauce.
