Tea Diamond display box

Tea Diamonds from Germany's Eilles Tee are large, pyramid-shaped teabags with a filigree weave designed to bring out the full flavour of the prime loose-leaf and broken teas the company has sourced from around the world since its founding in 1873.

The single foil-packed teas are especially well suited to self-service areas such as breakfast buffets, coffee-shop counters and hotel conferences and room service and are available in 10 organic and 17 non-organic options.

They are part of an extensive choice of loose and bagged teas that include Fairtrade/organic options, gourmet rarities and organic Spa "wellness" teas. Many are available in innovative formats such as the hygienic bag-in-a-lid Tea To-Go concept (see Beverages, page 104) and Tea Jacks, large teabags pre-portioned for use in a teapot.

Eilles Tee UK is giving away to one reader eight flavours of Bio Organic and Fairtrade teabags, along with an eight-slot wooden display box and six Trendy Eilles glass mugs from its display and accessories range.

Flavours include two green teas (Darjeeling Green Leaf and Jasmine Leaf), three black teas (Darjeeling Imperial Second Flush Tea, English Breakfast Leaf, and Baroness Grey Leaf ) along with Rooibos Pure, Vervenia Herbal, and Natural Fruits Blend.

To be in the running, e‑mail your name, business address and contact details to info@eilles-tee.co.uk, quoting "Caterer/Eilles Tee giveaway" in the subject field.
