Essential Cuisine has relaunched its Classic Demi-Glace range with improved taste and performance in response to chef feedback and as part of an ongoing product review process.

Thickened Veal Stock, renamed Veal Demi-glace to better communicate product style and usage, and Beef Demi-glace now have an even richer, meatier taste. The range, which also includes chicken and is suitable for braises, stews, gravies and sauces, also has improved structure and balance, and the demi-glaces are slightly thicker to give chefs total confidence.

To celebrate the Classic range relaunch, Essential Cuisine is giving Buy It! readers the chance to experience a Classic Sunday Lunch Jazz Cruise and London Eye flight for two. The experience involves a flight on the observation wheel, taking you 135 metres above the River Thames for panoramic views of the capital, followed by a cruise down the Thames while enjoying laid back music and delicious cuisine.
