Prep Premium groundnut oil

AAK Foodservice developed its two nutty new speciality oils to help caterers bring authenticity to Oriental dishes.

Prep Premium Groundnut Oil is extracted from peanuts and has a subtle, pleasant flavour to enhance dishes. It can also be heated to high temperatures, making it suitable for stir-fries and all types of shallow fried and griddled food.

Prep Premium Toasted Sesame Oil has a very strong flavour and a rich, dark colour. Also happy to take on high temperatures, it adds a nutty flavour when sprinkled over salads, stir-fries, noodles, vegetables and other Oriental specials. It can also be used for marinating meat and fish prior to frying.

The new oils, available in one litre, non-drizzle cap bottles, have a 24-month shelf life and all Prep Premium packaging is made from 100% recyclable PET material and is extremely light, strong and durable.

AAK is offering one Buy It! reader a mixed case of Prep Premium Groundnut Oil and Toasted Sesame Oil along with a professional 12" Gloss Black Non-Stick Wok Set from Typhoon. Worth £40, the kit includes a carbon steel wok with reinforced non-stick triple layer SuperProbon.
