There's a current trend which is all about taking classical puds and desserts and reworking them into ice-creams. Isle of Wight gourmet ice-cream specialist Minghella is doing exactly that with its new Tiramisu flavour - blended with milk, double cream, mascarpone cheese, Marsala wine and coffee. Crème Caramel and Cookie Crumble (using Italian rather than American cookies) are two more flavours to spoil your guests with.
