Mitchells & Butlers scores hat trick of awards for its menus

Mitchells & Butlers was the big winner at last week's Menu Innovation and Development Awards (MIDAS), picking up three awards.

The MIDAS awards, held at D&D Avenue restaurant and bar, were created by the Menu Innovation Network, which is designed to allow menu development managers and group executive chefs interact and exchange information.

The winners in the 16 categories were chosen by a team of mystery diners and judges.

The winner, along with a member from the category sponsor, will take a place on the Menu Innovation Network's five-day research and insight tour of Chicago in May.
