Northern Ballet Theatre (NBT) is the UK’s leading touring classical ballet company. Later this year it will move into new headquarters on Quarry Hill in central Leeds with partners Phoenix Dance Theatre.
It will be the largest purpose-built space for dance outside of London with 7 dance studios, a 230-seat studio theatre, meeting rooms and an exhibition space.
NBT is looking for a catering and hospitality partner to share its vision of a powerhouse for inventive dance and join it in its exciting new chapter of change and expansion. The caterer will set up and manage the café and bar as well as provide hospitality for events planned by NBT and its partners. The caterer will provide inward investment for the café including kitchen equipment, business development and promotion.
