Sacha Cauwels-Wigan has been named general manager of the Hill Valley hotel, golf and spa, Whitchurch - part of Macdonald Hotels. Cauwels-Wigan, who grew up in south-west Holland, completed a four-year degree at the International Institute of Hospitality and Management before taking up positions at Dubai Golf and a five-star hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
When she moved to Britain, Cauwels-Wigan worked at an Edinburgh hotel before taking up her latest role.
