A new click-wheel touch pad has been introduced to Foster's blast chiller range to make its Surf Navigation control panel easier to use.
It is more responsive and ergonomic than the replaced technology, allowing caterers to select programmes through finger movement rather than pressing buttons.
The upgrade is available across the full range of Foster cabinet and modular blast chillers and freezers, including the Roll-In Blast Chiller that is compatible with the Rational 201 Trolley.
