Classeq Viso 70The new Viso range of utensil washers from Classeq is aimed at caterers who still wash their large pans by hand because they find most washer models too big, too expensive or too costly to run.

The high-performance five-strong range can handle as many as 30 racks per hour and offers a choice of two-, four-, or six-minute powerful wash cycles.

The machines (the Viso 50, 55, 55H, 70 and 132) have large wash chambers but a compact design. For instance, the Viso 50 measures 667mm wide x 716mm deep, with a wash chamber of 500mm wide x 600mm deep x 400mm high, while the larger Viso 132 has external dimensions of 1,465mm wide x 850mm deep and a wash chamber measuring 1,320mm wide x 700mm deep x 650mm high.

Features designed for economy of use include double-skinned construction for cool, quiet, energy-efficient operation; self-draining wash pumps; full-coverage filter systems to keep water cleaner for longer; and stand-by rinse economisers.

Most dealers offer free site surveys by qualified Classeq staff before the machine is delivered.
